1200 grams fresh Wild mushroom (cleaned, if necessary. crushed)
400 milliliters white wine
500 milliliters Whipped cream
2 shallots (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves
thyme (each 2 tsp finely chopped)
rosemary (each 2 tsp finely chopped)
4 Tbsps butter
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
2 tsps cornstarch

Preparation steps

1.

Sauté the shallots and herbs breifly in the butter. Pass the garlic through a press, then add to the shallots. Mix in the mushrooms, sauté a few minutes, then pour in the wine and cream. Bring to a boil, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

2.

Mix the cornstarch with a little water until smooth, then mix into the mushrooms sauce. Return to a boil, stirring often.
