- 12 big Oyster mushrooms
- 12 Sage
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps
1.
Trim oyster mushrooms. Rinse sage leaves and parsley and pat dry. Cut prosciutto in half crosswise. Sprinkle underside of mushrooms with pepper. Then cover each mushroom with 1 piece of prosciutto and 1 sage leaf and secure with toothpicks.

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet. First fry mushrooms with sage and prosciutto side down and then fry briefly on the other side. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, arrange on plates and serve.
