- Lollo Bionda
- 200 grams white button Mushroom
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 50 grams Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 spicy Mustard
- 1 tsp grated Horseradish (from a jar)
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- few drops lemon juice
- 1 bunch Chives
- 125 grams Black Forest ham (Thinly sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lollo bionda, trim and tear into bite-sized pieces and spin dry. Trim and slice mushrooms. Rinse tomatoes and halve.
2.
Mix mayonnaise in a bowl with yogurt, mustard and horseradish and season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut in rolls. Add half of chives to the bowl and mix.
3.
Arrange lollo bionda, mushrooms, tomatoes and black forest ham on plates. Drizzle each salad with yigurt mixture and serve garnished with remaining chives.
