- 250 grams Cherries
- 4 Tbsps Cherry brandy
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- For the cream
- 400 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 100 grams Double cream
- 100 grams chopped Dark chocolate
- to taste Cherries (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
For the cherries: Rinse cherries, clean and pit. Combine with kirsch and powdered sugar in a pot and puree briefly. Refrigerate.
2.
For the cream: Whip cream, gradually add vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Fold in double cream and chopped chocolate. Place cream into glasses and garnish with cherries. Serve accompanied by the cherry sauce.
