1 Tbsp butter
9 ozs button Mushrooms
2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps chopped thyme

1 Cutting board, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Small knife, 1 evtl. weitere Knife, 1 Plastic wrap

Preparation steps

1.
Drop the tomatoes into boiling water for 30 seconds then drain and refresh until cold water. Peel off the skins, remove the seeds and roughly chop the flesh.
2.
Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan and gently cook the mushrooms, stirring from time to time, for about 5 minutes or until starting to brown.
3.
Add the garlic, cook for 1 minute then add the chopped tomatoes and thyme and cook for 3 more minutes.
4.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot or warm.
