- 1 Roasted Chicken (approximately 1.4 kg)
- 2 bunches scallions
- 125 grams button Mushroom
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 200 milliliters white wine
- 1 bunch parsley
- 100 milliliters Double cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the poularde into 8 pieces. Trim, rinse and cut the white and light green parts of the scallions into rings. Trim the mushrooms, leaving the small mushrooms whole and cutting the larger ones into quarters. Melt butter in a saucepan.

Saute the poularde pieces, scallions and mushrooms. Then pour in the wine, cover and cook over low heat about 40 minutes. Stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
