- 1 Tbsp butter
- 4 Chicken breasts (thickly sliced)
- 1 shallot (chopped)
- 1 oz Dried Morel (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes)
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 ⅔ cups chicken stock
- ⅔ cup cream (30% fat)
- 5 ozs peas
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Pot mit Deckel (ggf. Edelstahltopf), 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot, 1 deep bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 dünne Rubber gloves
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4.

Heat the oil and butter in a flameproof casserole dish and quickly brown the chicken. Add the shallot and drained morels and cook for 2 mnutes.
3.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the stock and cream and the morel soaking water. Stir in the peas and lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
Cover and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the chicken. is cooked and tender.
