1 kilogram mixed Mushrooms (such as ceps, chanterelles)
1 onion
1 garlic clove
vegetable oil (to saute)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 splash dry white wine
50 milliliters Whipped cream
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the mushrooms and cut in half or smaller. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into rings and finely chop the garlic.

Vigorously saute the mushrooms in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Saute the onion rings and garlic in 1 tablespoon of hot oil until golden brown. Deglaze with the white wine. Bring to a boil, stir in the cream and parsley. Add the mushrooms. Serve seasoned with salt and pepper.
