- 500 grams Spaghetti
- 300 grams Chanterelle
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 20 small Sage
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
2.
Meanwhile, clean mushrooms, if necessary. Fry briefly in hot olive oil over high heat, then add salt, pepper and sage. Stir in the lemon juice, pour in the cream and season to taste.
3.
Mix spaghetti with chanterelle sauce in a bowl, season well with pepper and serve.
