Muesli with Apples, Carrots and Raisins
Peel carrots and apples, cut the apples into quarters, remove the seeds and grate both. Mix apples and carrots with the juice of 1/2 orange.
Spread the oats in 4 bowls, spread the apples and carrots on top, pour yogurt over, sprinkle with nuts and raisins, and garnish to taste with a little carrot greens. Serve immediately.
