Muesli with Apple, Buttermilk and Raisins
Rinse, quarter, core and cut apples into slices. Set 4 slices aside and dice the rest.
Mix buttermilk with honey to taste. Divide muesli and half of the raisins among bowls, sprinkle with half of the diced apples, and top with buttermilk. Sprinkle with remaining raisins and diced apples. Serve immediately garnished with apple slices.
