50 grams dried Oat bran (Ready to be mixed)
50 grams dried Wheat bran (Ready to be mixed)
400 milliliters milk
1 Apple
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp candied Cherries (cut into strips)
1 Tbsp candied Limes (cut into strips)
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, halve, core and coarsely grate the apple.

2.

Mix together the apple, oat bran, wheat bran, milk, honey and candied fruit and let soak 20 minutes. Serve in bowls garnished with mint.
