2 Apple (150 grams or approximately 5 ounces each)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
40 grams whole-grain Oats
20 grams almonds (with shell)
500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (1.5% fat)
1 tsp Vanilla (paste)

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the 7-grain mix with cold water overnight in the refrigerator. Rinse the apples and grate coarsely with the skin on.

2.

Mix with the lemon juice and stir into the pre-soaked cereal. Mix in the oatmeal. Coarsely chop the almonds.

3.

Arrange the muesli in cups, top each with yogurt and almonds. Sprinkle with vanilla and serve.
