- 2 slices Rye bread
- 2 Tbsps Pesto Rosso (ready-made)
- ½ handful Arugula
- 1 ball Mozzarella (125 g, drained and thinly sliced)
- 0.333 cup Parma ham
Preparation steps
1.
Spread the bread with tomato pesto, arrange the rocket on the bread and top with mozzarella and Parma ham.
2.
Place the second slice of bread on top, cut in half and place in a sandwich box.
