- 600 grams waxy potatoes
- 2 orange Bell pepper
- 100 grams cooked Smoked pork chop
- 4 large Pickle
- 50 milliliters Pickling liquid
- ⅛ l Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsps Vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- peppers
- 80 grams Parmesan (chopped)

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 30 minutes. Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the core, rinse and cut into cubes. Drain the pickles and cut into cubes. Cut the pork chop very finely. Heat the vegetable broth and warm the pork chop, then set aside.

Drain the potatoes, let the steam out, peel and cut into slices. Mix the oil and creme fraiche in the vegetable broth. Mix with vinegar, season with salt, pepper and sugar, pour over the potatoes and let stand briefly. Mix in the mayonnaise, cucumber, pepper and parmesan, season to taste and serve lukewarm.
