- 2 cups Radicchio (torn)
- 2 cups Mizuna (greens)
- 2 Tbsps fresh, chiffonade Basil
- 4 Tbsps shaved pecorino romano
- 1 cup sourdough Crouton (prepared)
- 3 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps
