Nutritional values

The arugula and radicchio in this recipe score points with folate, which the body needs for cell division. The vitamin C content in the strawberries strengthens the immune system, while vitamin A from the blackberries ensures healthy skin and mucous membranes. And goat's cheese adds high-quality protein.

For an extra element of crunch, you can simply roast a few pine nuts or walnuts in a pan to round off the taste of the salad and add heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
