18 ozs jam sugar (Pectin - 2:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse berries and pick over. Drain in a colander. Transfer to a blender and puree with lemon juice.

2.

Combine berry puree with gelling sugar in a large saucepan. Over high heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minutes.

3.

Test jam to see if it gels. Pour jam into prepared jars, up to the rims. Immediately close jars tightly and invert them about 10 minutes. Turn over and let cool.
