Preparation steps

1.

Halve sausages and cut meat into cubes. To make marinade: mince rosemary and mix with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic, pressed through a garlic press. Add beef and let marinate 1 hour. Cut zucchini, peppers and corn into large pieces.

Remove the meat from the marinade. Thread beef, zucchini and corn alternately onto skewers. Cut salmon into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Thread salmon pieces, peppers and olives alternately onto skewers. Brush skewers with remaining marinade. Place skewers on a hot grill and cook on both sides, about 15 minutes.
