- 2 Filo dough (or filo dough)
- 1 egg white
- butter
- 150 grams Mozzarella
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 2 Tbsps Bacon
- Basil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
2.
Melt butter and grease ramekins. From the yufka dough, cut 8 rounds the size of the ramekins. Brush half of rounds with egg white and then top each round with one of remaining rounds. Gently press into the molds and brush with a little butter.
3.
Rinse bell peppers, remove ribs and seeds and cut into fine strips. Cut mozzarella into slices. Divide peppers and bacon among the ramekins and top with mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Turn out of the ramekins and serve warm.
