- 28 ozs potatoes (peeled and cut into sticks)
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- extra light olive oil spray

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
3.
Put the potatoes into a large shallow bowl and toss with the salt, pepper and jerk seasoning. Spray lightly with the olive oil spray and toss, using your hands.
4.
Place on the baking tray and spray with olive oil spray. Cook for 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are browned and tender. Sprinkle with salt and serve with chipotle sauce.
