- 4 cups Chicken breasts (sliced)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup sunflower oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 red peppers (sliced)
- 2 green peppers (sliced)
- 2 Red onions (sliced)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- Flour tortillas (to serve)
Preparation steps

Place in a bowl together with the lemon juice, garlic powder, soy sauce and sunflower oil and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and leave in the fridge to marinate.

The next day, heat the olive oil in a cast iron frying pan and fry the peppers and the onions until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the chicken and add to the frying pan, and fry for 3-4 minutes, turning from time to time. Serve in the skillet together with warmed tortillas.
