Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160° fan)|350F|gas 4.

Butter the slices of bread and sit half, butter side-down, on a baking tray. Top with the cheese and then place the other slice of bread, butter side-up, on top.

Bake for 6-7 minutes, flipping after 3-4 minutes, until golden.

Remove the toasties, cut in half, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
