- 2 sprigs parsley
- 8 slices Toast
- 50 grams softened butter
- 12 slices Bacon
- 300 grams Cheddar cheese (sliced)

Rinse parsley, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Spread slices of bread with a little butter and top 4 slices with parsley leaves, bacon and cheese. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, and grill in a greased sandwich maker or panini press until golden brown.

Cut sandwiches in half diagonally.

Serve with potato chips and coleslaw, if desired.
