6 Tbsps cream
1 Tbsp parsley (fresh, chopped)
2 Tbsps Chives (chopped)

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 220°C / 425°F

Beat the eggs and season with salt and ground black pepper. Mix the cheese with the cream and herbs.

Heat a little butter in a frying pan for each omelette. Cook one quarter of the beaten egg until slightly set. Cover with one quarter of the cheese filling.
4.
Bake each omelette on the top shelf for approx. 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
5.
Remove from the oven, fold over and serve.
