- 2 Galia melon
- 4 tsps Blossom honey
- 200 grams Crème fraiche (Well chilled)
- 1 Tbsp chopped Pistachio
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut melons in half and spoon out seeds. Into the center of each melon half, add 1 teaspoon honey and a dollop of crème fraîche.
2.
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Garnish with mint prior to serving.
