- 6 large, ripe Tomatoes
- ½ Watermelon (peeled, seeds removed and roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar (to taste)
- 8 Ice
- sliced Limes (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Roughly chop the tomatoes and pulp the flesh using a stick blender. Pass the pulp through a fine sieve.
2.
Place the tomato juice in a blender with the watermelon and add the vinegar and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and pour into glasses.
3.
Serve garnished with the lime slices.
