800 grams mixed Ground meat
200 grams Feta

20 grams butter
1 kaiser roll (From the day before)
1 egg
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
1 tsp Mustard
3 bunches parsley
400 milliliters Beef stock (from the glass)
200 grams Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

Soak bread in water then squeeze. Peel onion, chop finely and sauté in butter in a pan. In a bowl knead minced meat with onion, bread, egg, tomato paste, mustard and spices. Rinse parsley, pat dry, chop finely and reserve 1/3 for garnish.

Cut feta cheese into small cubes, add to meat mixture with parsley and form a beautiful meatloaf.

Place meatload in a greased roasting pan and cook in the oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 60 minutes. Remove meatloaf from oven and keep warm. Gather meat drippings, add to cream and in a pan boil down to 1/3. Season with salt and pepper to taste then strain through a sieve and drizzle on meatloaf. Sprinkle meatloaf with parsley and serve.
