500 grams mixed Ground meat
1 kaiser roll (day-old)
1 egg
1 chili pepper
100 grams Mangoes
1 Curry powder
1 generous pinch Cumin
1 Tbsp ground paprika
5 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 grams Asian Egg noodle
½ bunch carrots
½ bunch scallions
2 Tbsps sesame oil
150 grams soybean sprout
salt

Preparation steps

For the meatballs, soak the roll in lukewarm water. Squeeze the roll well and mash. Mix the mashed roll with ground meat, egg, ground curry, cumin and paprika. Cut the chile pepper in half, remove the seeds, rinse and finely chop. Dice the mango pulp finely. Mix the chile pepper and mango pulp into the ground meat mixture, and season with salt and pepper.

Form small meatballs from the meat mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the meatballs in it while turning for 8 minutes.

Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain.

Peel the carrots, rinse and cut into sticks. Trim and rinse the scallions, and cut the green into rings.

Rinse the soybean sprouts under hot water and drain well. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan and saute the carrots, scallions and sprouts in it while stirring for 8 minutes.

Serve the cooked egg noodles with vegetables and meatballs in bowls.
