Meatballs and Potatoes with Creamy Sauce
Peel the potatoes and cook for about 30 minutes in salted water until soft.
Mix the ground prok, ground veal and ground beef with eggs, and season with salt and pepper. Make small meatballs from the mixture and roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs on each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove the fried meatballs from the pan and keep warm.
Stir the cream into the pan drippings to form the sauce, and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Serve the meatballs and potatoes with the sauce. Serve sprinkled with chives.
