300 grams Ground beef
300 grams ground pork
1 onion
40 grams butter
1 kaiser roll (From the day before)
1 bunch parsley
2 eggs
½ tsp marjoram
1 tsp Mustard
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt (pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely chop onion. Saute in half the butter. Soak bread in hot water and squeeze out the excess.

2.

Wash and chop the parsley. Add the onion, bread, parsley, mustard, egg, salt, pepper and marjoram mix in a bowl and add the meat.  Fold mmixture into a smooth dough.

3.

With moistened hands, shape into balls. Heat oil and remaining butter in a large frying pan.  Brown the meatballs over medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
