500 grams mixed Ground meat
150 milliliters Red wine
300 milliliters canned Tomatoes
200 milliliters Beef broth

1 tsp dried oregano

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Peel carrot and dice finely. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute garlic for 1 minute. Add ground meat and saute until crumbly.

Add carrot cubes, red wine, tomato sauce and broth. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and simmer for about 20-25 minutes on medium heat. Can be served as an accompaniment to pasta.
