1 kilogram starchy potatoes

300 grams Spinach (frozen)
1 onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
50 grams Whipped cream
100 milliliters milk
2 Tbsps butter
Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, coarsely chop, and boil in salted water over medium heat for 20 minutes until tender.

Thaw the spinach, squeeze well, and coarsely chop. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and spinach, then add the cream. 

3.

Drain the potatoes and mash completely with a potato masher. Heat the milk with the butter, then add to the potatoes. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Stir until combined, adjust the seasoning if necessary, and serve.
