2 Tbsps honey
2 Cinnamon stick

1 Vanilla bean (seeded)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse apples cut into eighths and cut out the cores. Mix apple juice with the wine, lemon juice and honey in a pot. Add the spices and bring to a boil.

2.

Add the apples and cook until al dente. Transfer to a bowl, cover and allow to cool. Chill for at least 12 hours serving. To serve, remove the spices and arrange apples in bowls.
