- 750 grams red Apple
- 250 milliliters Apple juice
- 250 milliliters Rosé
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Star anise
- 1 cloves
- 1 Vanilla bean (seeded)
- 1 pc fresh ginger (peeled)
Preparation steps

Rinse apples cut into eighths and cut out the cores. Mix apple juice with the wine, lemon juice and honey in a pot. Add the spices and bring to a boil.

Add the apples and cook until al dente. Transfer to a bowl, cover and allow to cool. Chill for at least 12 hours serving. To serve, remove the spices and arrange apples in bowls.
