Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Lid, 1 Pot
Preparation steps
1.
For the ribs, mix together the oil, garlic, honey and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and rub into the ribs. Leave to marinade for at least 2 hours.
2.
Heat the oven to 180ºC (160º fan) 375ºF, gas 5.
3.
Put the ribs in a roasting pan, drizzle over a little oil and roast in the oven for about 45 minutes, basting from time to time, until the ribs are cooked and tender.
4.
Meanwhile, cook the cabbage. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion until softened but not brown. Add the cabbage and stir well to coat with the oil.
5.
Pour over the broth and simmer until the cabbage is just tender, stirring from time to time. Drain then stir in the cumin seeds, butter and spinach and season with salt and pepper.
