Preparation steps

Mix honey, lemon juice and zest with the water. Peel the banana, cut into pieces. Rinse apple, quarter, remove the core, cut into bite-size pieces. Halve nectarine and core, cut into pieces. Rinse strawberries and grapes, halve strawberries.
