- 1 fresh lemon (zest and juice)
- 150 milliliters water
- 2 Banana
- 1 green Apple
- 150 grams Strawberries
- 150 grams red Grape
- 1 Nectarine
- For the Quark
- 200 grams Quark
- 3 Tbsps Strawberry Jam
- 8 Food-safe craft sticks
Preparation steps
1.
Mix honey, lemon juice and zest with the water. Peel the banana, cut into pieces. Rinse apple, quarter, remove the core, cut into bite-size pieces. Halve nectarine and core, cut into pieces. Rinse strawberries and grapes, halve strawberries.

Place the fruit in the marinade and let soak for 2 hours. Then place the fruit alternately on sticks, Brush with remaining marinade and chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Stir yogurt with strawberry jam, serve alongside.
