Nutritional values

The protein from feta prevents the loss of important muscle mass in the event of weight loss. Walnuts regulate elevated cholesterol levels with their polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Marinated feta with walnuts can be prepared with the mixture of herbs of your choice: The main thing is that the individual herbs harmonize in taste! For example, for a Mediterranean version, you can combine thyme, oregano, and rosemary. If you cannot find black cumin seeds use black sesame seeds instead.
