- 4 bunches mallow
- 6 garlic cloves
- salt

- ½ Lemon salt
- 80 grams Olives (pitted, green)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp allspice
Preparation steps

Rinse and spin dry mallow. Blanch with crushed cloves of garlic in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Remove garlic cloves and cut into halves or thirds lengthwise.

Peel lemon and finely chop pulp. Slice olives lengthwise. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic briefly. Add all remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, place into bowl and serve.
