- 250 grams Double cream cheese (60-75% fat)
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp chopped Dill
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Inspect the mackerel fillets for bones and possibly remove the skin. Mash the fillets with a fork. Mix cream cheese and cream until smooth, stir in mackerel and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with a raisin bread.
