Bagels with Mackerel Cream and Spinach
Remove the skin of the mackerel fillets and chop the rest. Add the cream cheese and the mayonnaise. Work through with a fork until a cream has formed. Season with pepper.
Rinse the spinach and arugula and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the bagels in half and toast. Spread the bottom halves of the bagels with the mackerel cream. Top decoratively with the spinach and arugula then the bagel top halves and serve.
