75 grams butter
125 grams brown sugar
3 eggs
175 grams Pastry flour
50 ground Pistachio
1 tsp Baking powder
20 grams Matcha
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
150 grams small, blue Grape (seedless)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF).

Grease a muffin baking sheet with butter and dust with flour.

Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix in the flour along with the pistachios, baking powder and matcha and then stir in the cream. Add a little extra cream if necessary and fill the wells of the muffin tin with the mixture.

3.

Rinse the grapes, pat dry and lightly press into each scone.

Brown in the oven for about 25 minutes (checking with a toothpick).

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Tip out onto a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
