2 lobsters (precooked)
1 Tbsp Chili oil
salt
2 lemons
For the coriander salsa
1 small onion
¼ Cucumber
2 bunches cilantro
1 green chili pepper
8 Tbsps Lime juice
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
1 tsp brown sugar

1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon

Preparation steps

Twist the heads off the lobsters. Halve the lobster tails lengthwise with a very sharp knife. Halve the lemons. Brush the lobster tails with chilli oil, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and place on a hot barbecue with the lemons. Grill for 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Then season lightly with salt and serve immediately.

For the salsa, peel and finely dice the onion. Peel, halve, deseed and finely dice the cucumber. Finely shred the coriander and chilli. Mix all the prepared ingredients. Whisk together the lime juice and oil, add to the salsa and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Spread on the lobster halves and serve immediately.
