4 Tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
2 Anchovy fillet (in oil)
1 Tbsp Caper
1 small, dried chili pepper
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 splash dry white wine
80 grams black Olives (pitted)
1 handful freshly chopped Basil
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in a pot with plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove core and dice into small pieces. Peel garlic and finely chop with dry anchovy, drained capers and chile pepper. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic mixture briefly. Deglaze the pan with wine and simmer 1-2 minutes. Drain olives and chop coarsely. Add tomatoes, olives and basil to the pan, mix and season with salt and pepper. Add drained pasta to the pan, mix and serve arranged on plates.
