- 2 cups fresh Basil (packed)
- ⅓ cup Pine nuts
- ½ cup good quality olive oil
- 3 large garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- salt (to taste)
- peppers (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Prepare pasta according to package directions

To a food processor add basil and pine nuts. Pulse a few times. Add olive oil, garlic and cheese and pulse a few more times.
3.
Stir pesto into prepared pasta and serve immediately.
