2 Mangoes
3 cups milk
2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
juiced Limes
2 Tbsps honey
mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Cut eight small slices from the end of one of the mangoes and set them aside for the garnish.
2.
Peel the remaining mangoes and remove the stones. Roughly chop the flesh and place in a blender with the milk, ice cream, lime juice and honey.
3.
Blend until smooth then pour into glasses and serve garnished with the reserved mango slices and the mint sprigs.
