- 200 grams Lettuce
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 6 King prawn (cooked)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 oregano
- ⅛ l olive oil
- juice of lemons

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the shrimp, and with a sharp knife, cut along the spine and remove the intestine and the shells, leaving the tails attached. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Rinse the oregano, shake dry and finely chop. Mix the garlic and oregano with the lemon juice and olive oil and pour over the shrimp and leave for 30 minutes. Cook on the grill for about 8 minutes.

Rinse and trim the lettuce, spin dry and tear into small pieces.

Mix the mustard, sugar, vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper and mix into the salad.
4.
Arrange the salad on plates, top with the shrimp and serve.
