1 Tbsp olive oil
2 onions
1 small Kohlrabi
small red chili peppers
lemons
2 stalks Tarragon
salt

2 Tbsps soy sauce
1 tsp honey
4 leaves Iceberg lettuce

Preparation steps

1.

Pat dry the tofu with paper towels and chop. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes in it for about 5 minutes. Remove the fried tofu from the pan and set aside.

Peel the onions and kohlrabi, and finely chop. Rinse the chile pepper, remove seeds and finely chop. Squeeze juice from half of the lemon. Rinse the tarragon, shake dry and chop.

Cook the onions, kohlrabi and chile pepper in the same pan (in which tofu was fried) over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice to taste, tarragon, soy sauce and honey, and  season with salt and pepper. Mix in the fried tofu.

4.

Rinse and shake dry the lettuce. Place 2 leaves of lettuce on top of each other halfway, spread the tofu mixture over and roll up the leaves firmly.
