- 300 grams cream cheese
- 50 grams Quark
- 50 grams finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsps Lemon peel
- 1 generous pinch grated Orange peel
- 100 grams coarsely grated Parmesan (for coating)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the cream cheese, quark, finely grated Parmesan, lemon juice, and grated lemon and orange zest. If the mixture is too moist, add little more finely grated Parmesan.
2.
With wet hands, form the cheese mixture into small balls. Roll them in the coarsely grated Parmesan. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
To serve, arrange on plates.
