Preparation steps

1.

Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse and dry the sage. Remove the leaves and coarsely chop. Melt the butter in a pan, add the sage, and let brown slightly. Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Add a little pasta water if necessary. Season to taste with lemon juice and pepper.

3.

Transfer the pasta to plates. Finely grate the parmesan cheese over the top, and serve.
