- 1 wheel Coulommier cheese about 400 grams (approximately 14 ounces)
- 125 grams Mascarpone
- 75 grams fresh black Truffle

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the Coulommier cheese in half crosswise and spread the mascarpone cheese onto the bottom half. Clean the truffles by brushing gently or wiping with a damp cloth. Slice very thinly and layer onto the mascarpone cheese. Replace the top half of the cheese and press firmly.

Wrap the cheese tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 days.

Remove the cheese from the refrigerator about 2-3 hours before serving. Cut into wedges and serve with toasted white bread.
